Sorelle

Opened in 2023, Sorelle is an Italian fine dining restaurant, bar, and mercato. After years of vacancy, BHC took one of Charleston’s most storied sites and transformed it into a thriving culinary destination with more than 90 employees. Chef Nick Dugan’s modern spin on Southern Italian cuisine has won numerous awards, and was featured in the 2025 Michelin guide.

Sorelle’s Broad Street location combines three historic addresses, with roots dating back to 1804 or earlier. With the help of the award-winning designers at Meyer Davis, BHC preserved all three buildings, seamlessly connected their interiors, and breathed new life into a historic intersection.
