Credit One Stadium
Credit One Stadium is a world-class sports and entertainment complex that hosts 20+ concerts and more than 200,000 music fans per year. It is best known for hosting the Credit One Charleston Open, the largest women’s tennis tournament in North America. BHC completed an extensive renovation in 2022, raising the stadium’s capacity to 11,000 and adding state-of-the-art technology.
In 1973, the Credit One Charleston Open began as the Family Circle Cup, one of the first tournaments to bring women’s tennis into the mainstream. BHC is proud to continue this legacy—beginning in 2026, the Open will offer equal prize money for female athletes as their male counterparts, matching the purse of comparable ATP 500 events.
